The Pioneer Brigade of Anuradhapura Central College conduct Environmental Preservation activities throughout the school and city.Ourpioneers participate for the international activities regarding environmental conservation and has won special awards for essay competitions hold in accordance to Internation Environmental Day in 2011,2012 and 2013.
There are about 400 pioneers and about 240 have benen selected for the medal awards.In generally a pioneer must win five medals and our senior pioneers have won the 4th medal in their carrier.The one and only idea of our pioneers is to get the President award by engage in the environmental conservation activities in their academic period to the schol as well as to the country.
